Places we’ve planned, designed and built.

Our property projects span town centres, neighbourhood hubs, civic buildings, schools and workplaces across the Bay of Plenty, wider North Island and the South Pacific. It runs from The Sands, a billion-dollar town centre in Papamoa Beach, and neighbourhood centres like Excelsa and the Whitiora health and wellness centre, to the Bay Oval cricket pavilion, and the award-winning Te Ao Nui office building in Palmerston North.
