Nicola Palmer

After completing her studies in Auckland, Nic ventured into entrepreneurship, focusing on residential projects in Auckland and the Bay of Plenty, before building her career specialising in large-scale retail and mixed-use developments.

Nic worked across the Tasman before returning to New Zealand and leaving her mark on large-scale projects including the Voivoi and The Sands Town Centre masterplans. She also spent a decade as the masterplanning architect for Scentre Group.

A registered architect, Nic firmly believes in collaboration and finding creative solutions for clients. Beyond architecture she challenges herself by running and playing tennis, always seeking to push her limits, personally and professionally.
