Heather Perring

Heather brings exceptional communication, analytical and project-management skills to her role and her team. She provides resource-consenting services on both the applicant and council sides, with a speciality in industrial sites, and is experienced in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, hearing representation, submissions and policy assessment.

A full member of the NZ Planning Institute and the Resource Management Law Association, Heather holds a BA in Geography and a Master of Planning Practice with honours.

Beyond her work, Heather is a talented artist who paints landscapes and portraits, and a mother of three. As she puts it: “Working with a range of clients and people on exciting projects brings me immense satisfaction. I really enjoy leading a team of planning professionals and seeing our business thrive.”
