The Sands is a billion-dollar regional centre that is to be a significant and far-reaching commercial hub in the Bay of Plenty on completion.

A 232,050m² mixed-use development with a variety of commercial, retail, hospitality, visitor accommodation, public services, supermarkets, medical services, community & sporting facilities and much more, it also includes 1,200 residential lots. Kaitiaki has also provided consenting, tenancy coordination, concept design, marketing collateral and fit-out design for this project.
