Kaitiaki Property provided a multi-disciplinary service to assist NST Investments with relocation of three existing tenants, building extensions, and addition of a new Four Square tenancy to the Mount Central premises. Our Development Manager assessed feasibility and established a cost plan, while our leasing consultants helped the client retain existing tenants, relocate three businesses, and introduce two new tenants. With carefully staged Project Management and Tenancy Coordination, we carried out building extensions, interior fitout works, and a new carpark while keeping all businesses open & fully functional.
