Pacific Town Centre

Our scope included the preparation of a comprehensive market analysis and a financial model. This information enabled a responsive brief to be developed that included large format retail, an enclosed shopping centre, office space, hotels and rental accommodation. Deliverables included a masterplan, stage 1 concept architecture, landscape design, 3D model assets, staging diagrams and a fly-through animation.

Digital presentation tools, 3D modelling, and overlay diagrams facilitated effective communication in the absence of face-to-face interactions. Additionally, we utilized a web portal for document sharing, enabling team members to review and comment on materials. This structured and tech-enabled approach ensured smooth progress and clear communication throughout the project.
