Richard Knaggs

Richard brings extensive industry experience as a skilled tradesman across project management, quality control, design, quantifying and construction. He is recognised for his workmanship, creative solutions, construction management, team leadership, strategic planning, staff development and client relationships.

His background includes senior site-management roles with STEAD Construction and Livingstone Building, ownership of his own building company, and recognition at the 2006 NZ Master Builders Competition, where he won multiple gold and silver awards.

A Licensed Building Practitioner in carpentry, Richard is currently Kaitiaki Build’s Site Manager, and also works at Papamoa College as a technician in the technical department.
