Phillip Bond

Bachelor of Architecture.

Phillip manages the Kaitiaki Build office and supports Richard Knaggs with tendering, project coordination, and H&S management. With a 12-year architecture background and eight years as a construction project manager, he has delivered commercial construction and tenancy coordination projects across the central North Island, including the Bay Oval Cricket Pavilion (Stage 2), St Joseph’s Māori Girls’ College Hostel refurbishment, Mt Central redevelopment, and multiple Ministry of Education and Kāinga Ora projects.

Phillip is actively involved in his projects and seeks to develop strong relationships across his project teams to ensure common goals and well-coordinated delivery.
