Phil has delivered a range of commercial developments and tenancy coordination projects since switching his focus to project management in 2018. His portfolio includes Ministry of Education school projects and Kāinga Ora housing projects.

He comes from a 14-year background in architecture, bringing strong technical knowledge and a well-rounded understanding of design and construction. Over eight years as a construction project manager he has delivered projects across the central North Island.
