Bryan founded Kaitiaki Property in 2015 and brings a 25-year career in property, having held senior corporate property roles across New Zealand. With a finance background, he has developed expertise across every property discipline and sector, retail, industrial, hospitality, hotels and office.

He has an extensive track record in masterplanning and delivering outstanding, financially successful centres, informed by visits to benchmark mixed-use developments around the world. His expertise spans site acquisition, feasibility and business cases, design and planning, resource consenting, tenant negotiation and leasing, and stakeholder engagement.
