Stakeholder engagement means reaching out to those with a vested interest in your project, individuals or groups who may be affected, or whose collaboration and approval you need. This often involves engaging with local hapū and iwi representatives and bringing an understanding of tikanga Māori. We can take the lead, or provide vital support to your own team.

Engagement can also involve negotiating mitigations and outcomes through discussions with government officials and departments. We identify the key stakeholders, craft engagement plans, facilitate introductions and guide the process in partnership with you, through meetings, presentations, comprehensive information and the mediation of agreements.
