We offer expert planning advice to help you navigate and secure approval under the Resource Management Act, including Assessments of Environmental Effects. Kaitiaki understands the RMA intimately and works with you through every stage, from pre-application and masterplanning to preparing submissions and appearing in the Environment Court on your behalf if required.
