A fast-track fit-out, delivered in a matter of weeks, on time, on budget and on brand. Our scope included landlord and tenant fit-out works (design and documentation) as well as project management.

The brief for this pilates studio at the Excelsa Centre in Papamoa was a sense of space, airiness and zen-like calm. We achieved it through pared-back materiality and detailing, synthesising an established brand identity with an existing building.

Phil Bond led project management and tenancy coordination on a tight timeframe, with minimal disruption to the adjacent café and the cinema above, and ran a value-management review to reduce cost without compromising the design.
