Heather is our Planning Director based in Tauranga. She joined our team in 2018 and has become an invaluable part of the Kaitiaki whānau, bringing more than 15 years’ of experience in Resource Consenting and provision of RMA advisory services for a range of project types and industries.

Apart from her technical capabilities and expertise, Heather brings exceptional communication, analytical and project management skills to her role and team. Heather provides resource consenting services both on the applicant and Council sides and has a speciality in industrial sites. She is also experienced in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, hearing representation, submissions, and policy assessment.

Beyond her work, Heather is also a talented artist, painting captivating landscapes and portraits. She is also a mother of three teenagers.
