Bryan has a 25+ year career in property, having held senior corporate property roles in New Zealand, for tenant and landlord organisations prior to starting Kaitiaki Property in 2015. Bryan has experience in all property disciplines and sectors including retail & hospitality, office, hotel and industrial projects.

Bryan specialises in Development Management providing Development Director level management of client’s projects across all stages from inception to opening and ongoing governance if required.
