He’s a lifelong learner with broad knowledge in subjects from economics to people management, but he believes his biggest learnings stem from experience, like navigating the global financial crisis with property ventures in the USA. With a BCom degree and a postgraduate diploma in commerce from the University of Canterbury, Baden’s decades of experience in corporate real estate, strategy, transformation, and delivery. Baden is also a source of knowledge and inspiration for our team, who learn from him every day.
“I never did an OE like many of my contemporaries, but overseas property projects have taught me a lot. It’s helpful to challenge assumptions we take for granted,” says Baden.
Outside of work, Baden treasures family time and maintains a handful of hobbies. Catch him shooting hoops on the basketball court, hitting the gym with his son, or perfecting his culinary skills by brewing kombucha or smoking meat.
