Kaitiaki Build delivers small to medium-scale construction across the upper and central North Island: new commercial builds, fitouts and the careful refurbishment of heritage buildings, often in live, occupied environments. Our current focus is the staged refurbishment of the historic St Joseph's Māori Girls' College hostel in Napier, with more projects underway and joining the portfolio as they complete.
