Richard brings over 40 years of industry experience to Kaitiaki Build. He is a skilled tradesman, who can fit into any position from project management, quality control, design, quantifying and construction.

Richard’s background includes senior roles with STEAD Construction and Livingstone Building, as well as extensive experience as an independent builder. Richard is recognised for his strengths in workmanship, creative solutions, construction management, team leadership, strategic planning, staff development, and client relationships.

Richard is currently employed as Kaitiaki Build’s Construction Lead as well as working at Papamoa College as a technician in the technical dept. and contractor for furniture design and implementation.
